THE SHORT STORY

We look forward to you attending our conference, "SEEKING JUSTICE BEYOND OUR SHORES: The Case for U.S. Ratification of the First Optional Protocol to the ICCPR (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights)."

Participants will consider the circumstances under which U.N. treaty enforcement mechanisms are an essential part of protecting the human rights of average Americans and U.S. residents – or would be if America ratified the ICCPR’s First Optional Protocol.
