Key Events

Since it launched in late 2004, NJCDLP and/or its affiliates have hosted or co-hosted major events to help ensure that average Americans have a resounding voice in some of our country's most important national debates.  NJCDLP and its affiliates - all grassroots organizations - have explored and continue exploring with regard to America:  the appropriate balance between judicial independence and judicial accountability; the essential role of meaningful citizen oversight in preserving the rule of law; the ever-increasing need to protect public and private sector whistleblowers (a/k/a "truth tellers") from too often brutal retaliation; and related issues such as the state of democracy, free speech, freedom of association, etc.
